i enjoyed my stay. the bungalow was equipped with a kitchenette. it included a terrace for relaxation. i also appreciated the heated pool.
the decor in some areas looked a little worn.

a good getaway
friendly staff comfortable bed great pool
the staff were very friendly! nice guests created a family-like atmosphere. everyone greeted each other regardless of age. the pool was nice, and the room size was great. the bed provided a comfortable sleep.
the playroom was quite old and could benefit from some updates.

the bungalow included all necessities in the kitchen. this eliminated the need to immediately visit the supermarket. a coffee machine allowed for brewing fresh coffee, i appreciated that.

i walked to both the yumbo centre and the beach. a supermarket called 'superdino' is nearby. a bus stop offers convenient access to the lighthouse and las palmas every half hour.

The bungalows were well-equipped. I found everything I needed. The staff was very helpful and kind, especially Michael. The location was also good. A supermarket was close.
The security cameras did not work. The front gate was regularly open at night. Anyone could wander around. The place seemed a bit tired, I noticed.

warm welcome quiet location
I was greeted with such a warm welcome and felt right at home here. the hotel has a very high standard. The team keeps the bungalows super clean. i really appreciated the quiet location and found it's only a short walk to local shops.
i didn't really find much to fault , but some minor updates in the bungalows might enhance the overall experience. some of the furniture felt a little dated.

Wonderful Stay!
friendly staff clean bungalows great location relaxing atmosphere
I found the staff friendly. Michael and Gleb really took care of everything. The bungalows were very clean, and the housekeeping service kept it that way (I always appreciate that). The location was great. It allowed me to easily walk to town and Yumbo Center. I hope I can return soon, as I had a perfect, relaxing time.
The only minor inconvenience was that the pool towels were sometimes a bit old. this was a very small issue (easily overlooked) compared to the overall excellent experience.

The pool area has a very chilled vibe. It has a heated pool accessible 24/7, and there are plenty of sun loungers. The grounds are well kept. There is also a bar onsite.

The location offered a great balance. It allowed me to walk to the beach and the Yumbo Center. Taxis and buses are very close by, made getting around very easy. A supermarket is located down the road for stocking up.

totally awesome stay!
warm pool friendly host daily cleaning
the complex was clean every single day. my bungalow was cleaned daily. the hosts was friendly and lovely. other people staying there were friendly. the pool was warm, like 29 degrees and open all the time. i totally recommend it.
the front gate stay open sometimes at night. anyone could just walk in. security is something they should improve.

stained walls poor water pressure
i was a bit disappointed, i must say. the walls in my bungalow they really need painting, they looked stained and marked. also, the shower it was old and the water pressure wasn't great, it made it hard to have a proper wash. i just expected more for the price i payed.
